Convert to Service Request/Convert to Change

If you use an email listener to log their Incidents automatically from email then you have most likely needed the ability to convert the incident to a Service Request or to a Change.

In HEAT 2014 the Insert Child quick action type will allow you to create and link a child record by providing the specific field values for each field to be populated; but this does not take you to the tab and record that has been created. Once the child record has been created and saved, you need to navigate to the newly created record and open the record to view the details

If you want to direct your user to this newly created record, to allow them to complete any additional information before saving, you need to use the new UI Action. The UI Action will display the child record form for completion.
