The new update for BCT mobile app is fine. However there needs to be a stay signed in option. Having to wait and type in user and password to log in while trying to pay for the bus fare when the bus shows up frustrates the bus operator as well as the people behind me who are trying to board the bus as well. That option needs to be available so that people aren’t required to sign in every single time they need to access their bus pass. It’s inconvenient and not really user oriented for practical daily use. Other than that it’s a well rounded app and easy to use. Please fix the issue with the sign in process.LakLanMan , 05/21/2024
This app is terrible. There are much better apps that community bus systems can purchase and which actually work… Routeshout is even better than this. Why do government bureaucracies have to waste so much trying to do their own thing when it comes to software and apps. Like there must be several thousand transit systems in the US and creating their own substandard, piece of junk app just is a waste of taxpayer dollars. On top of that government programmers, like most all government workers cannot get a job in the private sector because they lack the intelligence and education to work anywhere but for others like themselves. I wonder is we can sue to get these lowlifes fired. Seriously, Broward County, one of how many in Florida, and then with over 50 States and territories that is more than 2,000 governmental entities that all have wasted tons of money on duplicate efforts using incompetent talent.Crailim , 12/01/2023
Idk what you guys did but now whenever I click on bus route to see how close or real time arrival it doesn’t load it just sits on the screen I’ve uninstalled and installed three times defeats the whole purpose of the app if I can’t see when the bus is coming it was working fine and but now it doesn’t load anything it’s just blank screen nothing loads my wifi and mobile date are on i don’t know hopefully you guys fix it
